Purpose of CopyRaid

CopyRaid provides software for registering content, preserving evidence, reviewing ownership, organizing infringement matches, preparing and tracking enforcement requests, managing copyright claims, supporting agency/client workspaces, preparing eligible assets for platform-rights workflows, and tracking case activity.

No guarantee of removal

CopyRaid does not decide copyright disputes and does not guarantee that a platform, host, marketplace, search provider, or other recipient will remove content. Each recipient applies its own policies and legal requirements.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through CopyRaid is accurate and that they are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner. Users must consider applicable exceptions such as fair use, fair dealing, public domain, licensing, and other lawful uses before submitting a takedown request.

Prohibited misuse

Users may not knowingly submit false ownership claims, fabricated evidence, misleading notices, harassment campaigns, or claims intended to suppress lawful content. Accounts may be restricted or terminated for abuse.

Platform handoffs

Some services require copyright complaints to be completed through their own forms, accounts, identity checks, or CAPTCHA. CopyRaid may prepare the case data and open the official workflow, but the user remains responsible for completing the platform submission and responding to follow-up requests.

Subscriptions

Paid plans provide the monthly limits shown on the pricing page. Subscription billing may be processed through one of CopyRaid’s enabled payment providers. Plan changes, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and any usage overage policy should be finalized in your commercial terms before launch.

Registry records and ownership review

A CopyRaid registration is a timestamped platform record. It is not a government copyright registration, does not create copyright where none exists, and does not by itself establish ownership or infringement. CopyRaid may require ownership evidence before enabling enforcement workflows and may reject or request more information for questionable claims.

Monitoring and detected matches

Monitoring results are leads generated by connected data sources and may contain false positives, missed copies, or incomplete information. A detected match is not a legal determination of infringement. Users must review the target and applicable licenses, exceptions, and context before requesting enforcement.

Rights Manager and platform eligibility

CopyRaid may prepare and manage information for platform rights-management programs. Meta and other platforms independently control eligibility, access, matching technology, and enforcement decisions. CopyRaid does not represent that a queued asset has been accepted into any platform program.

Impersonation, reputation, and misuse requests

CopyRaid may organize requests involving impersonation, stolen content, or other reported misuse. Negative commentary, criticism, or bad press is not automatically unlawful or removable; requests are assessed according to applicable rights, law, and the destination platform’s rules.

Disputes and review

CopyRaid may provide an internal review workflow for contested ownership, authorization, lawful-use exceptions, mistakes, and enforcement decisions. This workflow does not replace any counter-notice, appeal, court process, or platform dispute process that may apply.

Changes

CopyRaid may update these terms as the product, laws, or platform reporting procedures change. Before launch, add your governing law, dispute resolution terms, company identity, notice address, and support contact.
